YES - OUR MODULES HOLD LARGE HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE

Following lots of research AMS uses the same size timber modules as are used by large national and international logistics experts and removalists. Each AMS storage module is large enough to fit your white goods, lounges, beds, wall units and other household items up to 2 rooms of furniture per module, depending on the bulkiness of your furniture. Our experienced team members will assist you with assessing the number of modules you need, whether you are storing a small volume or a full household. AMS is happy to deliver an extra module beyond the estimated needs - and you will only pay for it if you use it.

HEAVIEST ITEMS ON BOTTOM & FILL SPACES

Place heavier items on the bottom, using packing blankets to protect furniture surfaces. Fill spaces with smaller items to prevent movement or toppling over and pack as high as you can to take best advantage of the space available. It will help to use consistent sized boxes packed full. AMS would supply your cartons, tape, packing paper, bubble wrap, moving blankets and accessories such as padlocks, if required, and can arrange for professional recommended removalists to do your packing and/or loading at reduced rates.

EXTRA PEACE OF MIND at COMPETITIVE RATES

You deserve peace of mind. You have just packed your belongings into storage module/s for AMS to store for you in our secure warehouse under video surveillance. While AMS does provide an optimal environment for your belongings, an unforeseen event could occur so, just like you would at home, we recommend you take out competitive Insurance Cover.

Your belongings are automatically insured during transit on our vehicle.

PRIOR TO DELIVERY initially - then MONTHLY by the BILLING DATE

Storage fees apply on a 'calendar month' basis from the day of module delivery until you are finished unpacking the module/s after storage. The initial payment, due prior to your delivery date, covers your first month of storage. Future calendar month payments are due by the billing date each month. To save you real $$$, AMS offers prepayment discount options for 6 or 12 month advance payments. Keeping your account up to date is so easy with flexible payment options, including Direct Deposit into our account and Automatic Credit Card Deductions.

There are no hidden fees and no bond. AMS quotations will be for the first month's rental for your storage module/s. AMS will provide loan padlocks to secure your module/s throughout the storage period. There's no charge for this if the padlock/s and keys are returned intact. We currently have a special running where 5 packing blankets are provided per storage modules at no charge as long as they are returned intact for you to protect your furniture. For your convenience AMS also sells book and tea chest cartons and other packaging materials (bubble wrap, butcher paper, tape, mattress bags, etc.) to help you pack up. AMS recommends that clients insure their belongings during the storage period. When you require re-delivery of your module/s please just call us to arrange a suitable date.

AMS accepts MasterCard, Visa or Direct Deposit payments on booking your module/s and ordering packaging items. Future monthly or other chosen periodic storage payments may be made by Credit Card or Direct Deposit into the AMS bank account, details of which are on our Tax Invoice issued in advance of the due date. Alternately, you may pay by Telephone Credit Card, Money Order or Cash.

To conveniently "set and forget", you may establish automatic periodic payments by recurring Credit Card Deduction Authority or by Direct Credit Funds Transfer. AMS does not charge any surcharge for the use of MasterCard or Visa.

You can schedule access to your module/s by contacting our office on 1300 000 267. Access is available at our warehouse with 2 business days' notice so that your module is located and set in place for you to access safely.

WE PREFER SOMEONE TO BE ON SITE FOR DELIVERY

We would prefer you are present at the time of delivery. We ask that you are contactable by phone/mobile during the delivery and pick up times.

AS SOON AS THE NEXT DAY

Australian Mobile Storage modules can be available for delivery from the next day. Of course the earlier in the process you book your delivery of module/s, the more likely it would be that you receive them exactly when required.

NO PRESSURE - LOAD/UNLOAD AT YOUR OWN PACE

Australian Mobile Storage allows you to pack your mobile storage module/s at your convenience. Just give us a call when you are ready for the module/s to be relocated or taken into storage.

RECYCLED TIMBER ENGINEERED CONSTRUCTION - WEATHERPROOF COVERS

Our eco-friendly mobile storage modules are engineered for full construction from recycled timber which is temperature-change resistant and allows the contents to 'breathe'. They are delivered to you with weatherproof covers so that your goods are protected while at your location and during transit. Once in our secure warehouse the covers are removed to allow good air circulation.

YOU LOCK & KEEP KEYS - SECURE WAREHOUSE

Only you have the key to your own module/s which are stored in our secure, well-ventilated and pest-controlled warehouse with 24/7 video camera surveillance. AMS does however recommend that you insure your belongings, just like you would at home, under a Contents Insurance Cover policy.
